Return and Refund Policy

Returns

• Eligibility: You have 15 days from the date of delivery to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Process: To initiate a return, please contact us at info@teeandcaps.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with the return address and instructions.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

• Inspection: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

• Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 days.

• Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 0% apply.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at  info@teeandcaps.com
